BeechJet 400A First Officer for full-time 135 charter operation.

Duties : Job Function: Offshore Staffing is seeking a full-time BeechJet 400A SIC for 135 charter operation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to his best potential. The First Officer must be a professional, energetic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and team oriented approach. Our Client operates in a fast paced and dynamic environment and our their standard of safety is high. The schedule is variable and the salary is very competitive. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist Pilot in flight preparation and operation of the aircraft. Notify Pilot of any variation in standard flight operations. Conduct Pre-flight inspection to ensure all navigation, safety and operating systems are working properly. Support in take-offs and landings as directed by the Captain. Assist the Pilot in conducting the flight safely and efficiently. Assume the responsibility and authority of Pilot if necessary during the flight. Maintains current navigation manual and charts. Prepare the weight and balance forms for each flight. Assist Pilot in flight operations and tasks. Supervise fueling, ground power unit, baggage loading and appropriate servicing of aircraft. Maintain regular contact with cabin crew to ensure safety, comfort and convenience of all passengers. Communicate with air traffic control unit during take-off, flight and landing. Inspect aircraft operational and technical performance on regular basis. Act quickly and appropriately during environmental changes and emergencies to ensure passenger safety. Update aircraft logbook with flight issues and incidents. Shall not depart on a flight with known maintenance discrepancy unless that discrepancy has been cleared. Is responsible for aircrafts stores and appropriate catering for the flight. Prior customer service experience, preferably in an aviation environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1500 hours of Jet Time or be typed in similar aircraft FAA First Class Medical Certificate. Valid and Current Passport. Must be fluent in English language. High School diploma or GED; Bachelors Degree Preferred. Meet the current interview and hiring minimum age, including minimum flight hour requirements set by the FAA and our Client. Clear background, accident/incident free. CERTIFICATIONS Commercial Instrument Multi-Engine land. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting. Must be able to work all shifts. Ability to occasionally lift 5-50 pounds. Ability to occasionally team lift 50+ pounds. BENEFITS Health Insurance RELOCATION Relocation assistance provided. ADDITIONAL NOTES Salary is based on experience. Additional Per Diem is provided $50.00 per duty day.
